Quality control
How each suit is checked before it ships
Quality starts with the pattern and runs through 400 production processes to final inspection.
Quality at each stage
Pattern
We draft each pattern in CAD from 22 body data points, so fit starts with the wearer’s data.
Cutting
An automatic cutter handles each order’s cloth to that pattern.
Making
Experienced tailors add the manual skill behind the finish, across 400 processes.

Fit starts with the pattern
Fit is decided before cloth is cut. Accurate measurements and a pattern drafted for that person reduce the risk that a graded size carries.

Your specification stays with the piece
Because a piece moves along the line on its own order data, each station works to that garment’s specification, including the options you chose.

Details worth specifying
Clear specifications make quality easier to judge. These are the details we suggest agreeing before production.
- Lapel, shoulder and sleeve style
- Lining, buttons and trims
- Pockets and waistband details
- Labels and where they sit
How to judge a first order
We suggest starting with a small order, then checking the piece against what you specified.
- FitCompare the piece on the wearer against the measurements you sent.
- SpecificationCheck style options, cloth, lining and labels against the order.
- FinishLook over seams, buttonholes, pressing and linings.
- FeedbackTell us what to change, so your next order improves on the first.
Certificates and inspection records
Tell us which documents your business or program requires. Certificates, inspection records and the checks that apply to your order are confirmed on quotation.
- Quality certificates
- Inspection procedures for your order
- Factory visit or audit arrangements
If something is not right
Alteration, remake and return terms are confirmed on quotation, so you know them before your first order.
