How it works
From measurements to delivery in six steps
Made-to-measure orders follow the same six steps, whether one piece or many, and take 7–10 days.
The six steps
- 01
Design
Choose a style from our range or send your own.
- 02
Fabric and trims
Pick cloth, lining, buttons and labels.
- 03
Measurement
Record the wearer's body measurements.
- 04
Order
Send the order with every option specified.
- 05
Production
We make the piece to its order data.
- 06
Shipping
We ship the finished garment. Terms are confirmed on quotation.

Step 1: Choose the design
Start from our styles or send your own design. Our 20+ designers refresh styles twice a year, and can also work with you one to one.

Step 2: Fabric and trims
Select cloth, lining, buttons and details. You can choose from more than 10,000 fabrics in stock, or use your own. See fabric options.

Step 3: Measurement
Our method records 22 body data points in about five minutes, in the form the production line reads. Measurement training for sales partners is available.
Measure carefully and consistently. Accurate measurements have a large effect on the fit of the finished piece.
Step 4: Place the order
An order is complete when it has all of the following. Missing details are what slow an order down.
- StyleThe chosen design and any changes to it.
- Fabric and trimsCloth, lining, buttons and details.
- MeasurementsThe wearer’s body measurements.
- BrandingYour logo or labels.

Step 5: Production
We take the order in as production data. CAD drafts the pattern, an automatic cutter handles that garment, and it moves along the line on an overhead rail. See the smart factory and how we check quality.
Step 6: Shipping, and the terms we confirm first
We confirm these terms on quotation, before your first order goes into production.
- Exact dates for your order
- Payment terms
- Shipping method, cost and duties
- Alterations, remakes and returns
- Sample terms and cost
