Our made-to-measure program is built for businesses that sell tailoring but do not want to run production. You keep the fitting room, the brand and the customer relationship. We handle pattern, cutting, sewing and finishing.

Single pieces on an industrial line

We take each order in as production data. CAD drafts the pattern from the measurements, an automatic cutter handles that one garment, and the piece moves along the line on an overhead rail.

Behind that sit 400 production processes, working order by order.

Four things make an order complete. The more precise they are, the less back and forth before cutting starts.

Measurements become the pattern

Our measuring method captures 22 body data points in about five minutes, recorded in the form the production line reads. We then draft the pattern for that person.

Remake and alteration terms are confirmed on quotation, so you know them before your first order.

Choose from our own cost-effective range or cloth from international mills, or supply your own. We publish swatch books each year, with separate books for men's and women's collections, so your customers can see and touch the options.

We make the garment for your brand. Send your logo design or labels and we create, print or apply them on the piece.

When bulk makes more sense

Made to measure takes 7–10 days and suits orders in which each wearer’s measurements differ. Once a style is settled and quantities grow, a bulk route may fit better. Compare the four routes.
