The factory

One production line, made for unique pieces

Our Qingdao factory runs on production data, so each garment can differ from the one beside it.

The factory in short

400 processes

Production processes across the line, from pattern to finish.

200–300 workers

The team on our factory floor in Qingdao.

Since 1995

Three decades of garment manufacturing.

Patterns drafted from data

We draft patterns in CAD from each order’s measurements. Our measuring method records 22 body data points in about five minutes, in the form the production line reads.

Automatic cutter moving across suit cloth

Automatic cutting, one order at a time

An automatic cutter handles the cloth for each order on its own. That is what makes a one-piece minimum workable on an industrial line.

Garments moving on the overhead rail

An IoT production line

Each piece moves between stations on an overhead rail, carrying its order data with it. Our production is driven by data that comes from what the customer ordered.

People still do the work that needs hands

Machines handle what they do well. Experienced tailors and craftsmen add the manual skill that lifts quality and attention to detail.
